ToysLink ships all Australian retail orders via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.

Change of Mind Returns

Incorrect or damaged Products Received

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product. But in case it happens:

  • Contact us immediately via email with wrong/damaged product image to arrange a suitable solution.
  • Toyslink will post you a replacement or refund you for the order(including postage) at your preference.
  • ToysLink will cover the shipping fees for the replacement and return of incorrect/damaged products.
