ToysLink ships all Australian retail orders via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note: our warehouse is not open to the public, and we do not currently offer a ‘pick up’ option for retail customers.
Shipping Costs:
Australia
- Free Shipping for orders over $80.00
- Flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 for orders under $80.00
New Zealand
- Free Shipping for orders over $100.00
- Flat Rate Shipping of $20.00 for orders under $100.00
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued for the value of the products only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or damaged Products Received
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product. But in case it happens:
- Contact us immediately via email with wrong/damaged product image to arrange a suitable solution.
- Toyslink will post you a replacement or refund you for the order(including postage) at your preference.
- ToysLink will cover the shipping fees for the replacement and return of incorrect/damaged products.
